Responsibilities:

  • Build and supervise a team of relationship managers to provide professional wealth management services to high-net-worth clients
  • Formulate and implement business development plans in order to grow client base and AUM and drive revenue
  • Recruit experienced relationship managers to build a high performing sales team
  • Perform other sales management functions such as training, motivation, and performance appraisals, etc.
  • Ensure the conduction of business complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Maintain good relationships with client and handle complaints whenever necessary

Requirement:

  • SFC RA type 1, 4 and 9 license holder.
  • Registered CE license under PIBA/CIB is highly preferred
  • Minimum 7 -10 years experience in private bank / securities firm, and at least 5 years working experience in sales management position
  • Familiar with various investment products, especially equities and bonds
  • Good command of spoken Putonghua and Cantonese; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Proven sales track record and stable job histories and excellent leadership to drive team members
