Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Take full ownership of strategic corporate projects from initial concept and business case development through to final delivery and post-implementation review.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct thorough impact analysis on processes and systems, and develop detailed resource, financial, and governance plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of internal departments (IT, Operations, Compliance, Finance) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans, ensuring adherence to business requirements, regulatory standards, agreed budgets, and implementation timelines.
- Risk & Performance Management: Continuously monitor project progress, track budgets, and assess the quality of deliverables. Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Prior experience in the Life Insurance industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial forecasting for projects.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
