Our client is a well-established and diversified Hong Kong group with core business interests in industrial, property management, and financial services. With a close-knit team of 70+ employees in Hong Kong, they are seeking a pragmatic and hands-on HR professional to own and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the go-to expert for all HR matters, responsible for building robust HR practices and providing crucial support to the business. You will serve as the primary HR business partner for all staff and line managers. You will maintain and streamline HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will ensure full compliance with all Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder with 10-15 years of solid, generalist HR experience, preferably from retail, manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors;
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor regulations and employment ordinances;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with staff at all levels;
- Fluent in Chinese and English; Mandarin is a MUST.
