Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading global retail group to deliver a strategic HR technology transformation across Asia. We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors to lead the implementation and optimization of key HR modules across multiple markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR service delivery through technology.
Prior experience in managing full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations is essential. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager appointment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the full delivery cycle of SAP SuccessFactors-from planning to go-live and beyond.
- Running workshops with HR teams to rethink processes and align them with platform capabilities.
- Coordinating with vendors, internal IT, and HR leaders to keep things moving and on track.
- Leading UAT and ensuring the solution meets business needs across multiple markets.
- Managing integrations, data flows, and compliance requirements with finesse.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 3-15 years of experience in HR technology projects, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record in managing multi-country rollouts and complex implementations.
- Strong communication chops-you'll be working with senior stakeholders across HR and tech.
- A knack for translating business needs into system requirements.
- Strong command of English is required, along with proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to effectively engage with regional stakeholders and support multi-market delivery.
- Familiarity with data privacy and HR compliance standards.
