The APAC Strategic Program Director executes a business plan to accelerate and defend ASV with emphasis on developing senior level relationships and defining long term opportunity. The Strategic Program Director will ensure coordination over multiple office locations in APAC with a high number of existing or potential users. The APAC Strategic Program Director will synchronize efforts with APAC counterparts, as well as product specialists to create the optimal long term ASV outcome for these Top 10-15 Strategic Accounts across all key client types (Buy-side, Banking, PE/VC, Wealth).

What You'll Do:
  • 50% Structure a long-term strategic plan to grow APAC ASV at each account, drive enterprise level conversation with senior stakeholders in the top strategic accounts,
  • Develop and execute purposeful, targeted strategies to maximize growth within top-tier accounts. Implement premier business plans tailored to the needs of our 15 key clients
  • 15% Establish relationships with C-level contacts, APAC department heads, and key people with influence at each firm which includes things like leading client renewal negotiations. Improve relationship status and strategic engagement from the top down.
  • 10% Partner with counterparts in Specialty Sales and Consulting which includes, manage a book of business and increase sales knowledge and support across accounts globally.
  • 10% Maintain a complete understanding of all FactSet product offerings and gain complete knowledge of assigned accounts. Expand working knowledge of the investment management industry and FactSet's competitors. Ability to pitch and discuss every product we sell.
  • 5% Call into new groups and potential users to increase FactSet's footprint at our local accounts. Increase workstation deployment and penetration.
  • 5% Actively manage the sales process from demonstration to close and demonstrate a high sales execution.
  • 5% Further the strategic account penetration and assure client satisfaction & retention.
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, MIS, economics, accounting, business administration, mathematics or similar field. MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years experiences, with 5-7 years in client facing role, important to understand the industry to promote credibility.
  • Demonstrate Project Management experience. Being organized is a key part in being successful in the role.
  • Strong technical skills and deep FactSet product knowledge. Need knowledge of product and selling points to move the needle.
  • Broad and up-to-date knowledge of the financial technology industry including trends and market demands.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationship and identify large-scale growth opportunities with new and existing clients. Continuously have a full pipeline at least a year out and identify purchasing behavior per account.
  • In depth knowledge of Investment Management, Banking, Wealth, PE/VCclient types and workflows.
  • Establish credibility, shows enthusiasm, desire and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire confidence and maintain composure in stressful situations. Strong communication skills necessary to sell effectively and communicate globally with international counterparts.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level, while collaborating effectively across the organization
  • Lead with influence by inspiring cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve collective goals
