Administrative Assistant | FS | 1-year renewable contract
Your new company A well-established financial institution is seeking an admin assistant to provide support to the team!
Your new role
Track and coordinate renewals of service contracts and licences.
Prepare and validate invoices for admin and operational costs.
Liaise with building management on facility requests, updates, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors for office repairs, upkeep, and minor improvement projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree holder or above in any discipline.
At least 5 years of office administration experience, ideally from major organisations in the financial services or government-related sector.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural teams - experience in a multinational environment is a definite advantage.
Possess excellent coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills, making it easy to work with colleagues across departments.
Highly proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a bonus), with strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
