Your new company Founded by a respected entrepreneur and thought leader, this company holds over US$ 500M in their digital assets, with over 200+ investments on the Web 3.0 space. They are currently looking to hire someone to facilitate the Capital Management function.
Your new role - Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, institutional investors, and cryptocurrency funds.
- Design and implement capital management strategies aligned with corporate and token ecosystem goals.
- Optimise capital structure across equity, tokenized assets, and convertible instruments.
- Lead capital allocation decisions to maximise return on invested capital and token utility.
- Drive fundraising initiatives including equity rounds, SAFEs, and token-based offerings.
- Manage short- and long-term liquidity planning across fiat and digital assets.
- Ensure access to sufficient capital to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Tokenomics teams to align funding with ecosystem growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and capital adequacy standards across jurisdictions.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage financial exposure and reporting obligations.
- Monitor and report on capital efficiency metrics (e.g., ROIC, ROE, token performance).
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the C-suite and Board.
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 10 years of experience in capital management, corporate finance, or fundraising roles.
- Proven track record in capital raising, including equity, convertible instruments, and token-based fundraising.
- Prior experience in Web 3.0, blockchain, crypto, or fintech companies is essential.
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenomics, and blockchain-based funding models.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
