• Achieve service level, productivity, and quality targets
• Strong adviser communication and relationship building
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities: Projects & Reports (90%)
- To create and execute the data science approach to support the long term and short term business needs, which will drive tangible business outcome
- Develop AI and Machine learning solutions to optimize business performance
- Help to develop customizable reports / production-ready dashboards for clients
- Build and launch excellent productionalized, low-maintenance models.
- Explore and leverage state of the art machine learning techniques for a variety of problems at the intersection of Machine Learning and Crypto.
- Participates in projects relating to actuarial solutions, service enhancement or business initiatives
- Prepares regular and ad hoc underwriting reports as required
Other responsibilities (10%)
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet business requirements
Minimum Job Requirements: - University/Collage graduate with 2 - 4 years' experience OR
- Form 5 graduate plus 6 - 8 years related experience
- Problem - solving and communications skills
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
