About the Role and Job Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls aligned with ISO 27001 standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leading incident response efforts, conducting risk assessments, and managing vulnerability mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring and managing security tools, including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies, conduct audits, and engage with third-party auditors.
- Delivering cybersecurity awareness training and staying updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity roles.
- Expertise in network, application, cloud security, and endpoint protection, as well as familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), risk assessments, incident management, and secure software development practices.
