This long-term project will optimize product placement, promotion planning, and planogramming across multiple retail brands and regions.
Role Summary: We are seeking a
Business Analyst to join the project team in Hong Kong. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact AI solution from the ground up, with future rollout planned across APAC. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in merchandising planning and experience working on system integration projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements related to merchandising and store operations
- Collaborate with technical teams to support integration and solution delivery
- Work closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure business alignment
- Support the implementation of AI tools for product and shelf optimization
- Assist in project coordination and gradually take on project management tasks
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
- Proven experience in merchandising planning or retail planning (essential)
- Familiarity with system integration projects
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Cantonese speaking preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in AI or retail transformation projects is a plus
