Responsibilities:
  • Support operations and optimize workflow governance and enhancements on agency training.
  • Lead the implementation of a digital training strategy to enable agency channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster innovation and technological solutions for agencies by integrating and managing various digitalization and automation projects.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and the IT department to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Create strategies to improve agencies' utilization and understanding of the e-learning platform
  • Collaborate with the Department Head to develop both short-term and long-term plans for section and department structure, policies, training and development strategies, and service benchmarks to fulfill the Companys mission and training objectives.
  • Assist the Department Head and Team Leaders in planning and executing eLearning strategies for agencies to continuously enhance their activities and productivity.
  • Prepare reports on business performance, training effectiveness, and management insights, along with conducting relevant business analyses.
  • Manage and maintain the Training Centre and the room booking system.
  • Support the Department Head in preparing strategic KPIs, budgets, and coordinating action plans with the strategy team.
  • Develop the annual budget for respective functional teams.
  • Support in the training competency development of trainers within the department.
  • Plan and organize the work of subordinates to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
  • Foster the development of team members core competencies and assess their development needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • University or college graduate
  • 10 years+ relevant experience in agency training
  • Strong preference for prior experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning content development projects.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Competent in using PC and Mac office software.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Proactive, mature, initiative-driven, customer service-oriented, eager to learn, a team player, and trustworthy.
