Our client, a top-tier insurance group, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven MCV Business Development expert to join their Brokerage Channel team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong relationship management skills and a proven track record in MCV insurance sales and channel development. You will play a key role in driving business growth, managing strategic partnerships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Sales in executing strategic business plans and initiatives aligned with channel objectives.
- Promote brand awareness and product offerings through corporate engagement activities.
- Develop and grow MCV business by strengthening relationships with existing and prospective brokerage partners.
- Lead sales efforts and monitor account performance to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions to unlock business potential.
- Expand the MCV/high-net-worth client base through targeted engagement strategies.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching to team members to ensure service excellence.
- Collaborate internally to share market insights, best practices, and innovative ideas.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing requirements are met by all team members.
- Drive continuous development of the brokerage sales platform and explore new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in MCV Business Development.
- Strong network within MCV Brokerage and Independent Financial Advisor channels.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and investment products.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results.
