This role is ideal for professionals with strong relationship management skills and a proven track record in MCV insurance sales and channel development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Sales in executing strategic business plans and initiatives aligned with channel objectives.
  • Promote brand awareness and product offerings through corporate engagement activities.
  • Develop and grow MCV business by strengthening relationships with existing and prospective brokerage partners.
  • Lead sales efforts and monitor account performance to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions to unlock business potential.
  • Expand the MCV/high-net-worth client base through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to team members to ensure service excellence.
  • Collaborate internally to share market insights, best practices, and innovative ideas.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing requirements are met by all team members.
  • Drive continuous development of the brokerage sales platform and explore new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in MCV Business Development.
  • Strong network within MCV Brokerage and Independent Financial Advisor channels.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and investment products.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results.
