The Role
As a Crypto Trader, you will be responsible for developing and executing profitable trading strategies in digital assets across multiple venues. You'll work closely with quantitative researchers, developers, and fellow traders to identify alpha opportunities and optimise execution. This is a front-office, high-impact role with direct P&L responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and grow a trading book across digital asset markets (spot, perpetuals, options, or structured products)
Develop and refine short-term and medium-term discretionary or systematic strategies
Monitor real-time market conditions and news to identify trading opportunities
Manage risk dynamically, with full awareness of market structure, liquidity, and volatility
Collaborate with engineers to improve trading tools, infrastructure, and automation
Liaise with exchanges, OTC desks, and liquidity providers to ensure optimal execution
Contribute to broader trading team knowledge sharing and strategy discussions
Requirements
3-10 years of hands-on trading experience in crypto or related markets (e.g., FX, equities, commodities)
Proven track record of consistent profitability and disciplined risk management
Deep understanding of crypto market structure, trading mechanics, and venues
Comfortable operating in high-volatility, 24/7 markets
Strong quantitative intuition and/or coding skills (Python preferred) are a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong

Home Office Options:
Hybrid is possible, they are not that strict on actually being at the office, it is more about efficiency and results → output-driven.
Note: It is advisable/preferred to be more regular at the office in the beginning when you start, this to ensure a smooth landing.
