plus: Familiarity with capital transfer within the client base + better understanding of taxation;
Responsibilities: Must be under the 9th license business category, must be familiar with Hong Kong regulations, be flexible, and have good communication skills;
Soft skills:
1. Adapt to the Chinese capital culture, be able to communicate with both the Hong Kong side and in Mandarin, and be able to adapt to the communication and culture of Chinese companies;
2. 35-38 years old, it is almost impossible for someone older than this to do some execution tasks;
3. Comprehensive financial skills + 9th license + flexibility + soft skills: Financial teams with a Chinese background and a scale of less than 500, with a financial team of approximately no more than 5 people as a TL or owner;
It would be best to have experience in the 0-1 stage or the start-up company stage, and having experience in 9th license business in Hong Kong for Chinese companies is even better;
