Job Description:
My client is seeking a high-caliber Institutional or Channel Sales professional to drive business development efforts. This role is pivotal for expanding client base and AUM by leveraging existing relationships and forging new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and secure new institutional and channel clients (e.g., pension funds, insurance companies, private banks, family offices).
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at major corporate and financial institutions.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, presenting our investment products and providing market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Investment, to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned AUM and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within an asset management firm.
- A demonstrable track record and an established network of high-quality institutional or wholesale client relationships. Prior experience with large corporate clients is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential to effectively engage with our core client base and internal teams.
