Responsibilities
- Be a go-to HR partner, providing advice on everything from manpower planning to employee relations and performance management.
- Develop and roll out HR programs that help drive our business strategies.
- Support the performance management cycle and guide leaders when needed.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent.
- Create and implement a talent acquisition plan to draw in, develop, and engage great employees.
- Provide meaningful manpower statistics to support management discussions and decisions.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from posting jobs to making hiring proposals.
- Collaborate with leaders to create short- and long-term manpower plans that support growth.
- Partner with COE teams to execute HR strategies and ensure we meet all employment regulations.
- Review workflows and processes to make HR operations more efficient and effective.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team and business leaders.
- Take on any other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant HR experience
- Confident and ready to tackle challenges and changes.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR regulations.
- Strong skills in managing stakeholders.
- Great communication skills in both English and Chinese.
