Responsibilities
  • Be a go-to HR partner, providing advice on everything from manpower planning to employee relations and performance management.
  • Develop and roll out HR programs that help drive our business strategies.
  • Support the performance management cycle and guide leaders when needed.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Create and implement a talent acquisition plan to draw in, develop, and engage great employees.
  • Provide meaningful manpower statistics to support management discussions and decisions.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from posting jobs to making hiring proposals.
  • Collaborate with leaders to create short- and long-term manpower plans that support growth.
  • Partner with COE teams to execute HR strategies and ensure we meet all employment regulations.
  • Review workflows and processes to make HR operations more efficient and effective.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team and business leaders.
  • Take on any other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of relevant HR experience
  • Confident and ready to tackle challenges and changes.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR regulations.
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders.
  • Great communication skills in both English and Chinese.
