Position Description
Responsible for supporting the CITIC CLSA Capital Partners (CPs) management team in the Strategy & Business Development activities of the Capital Partners alternative investment management business. This position will be hired in Hong Kong and marketing/ investor relations related business trips are expected as normal working model.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Take an important role for the fundraising campaign for Capital Partners alternative investment strategies
- Maintain effective relationship with primary market target clients, LPs, GPs
- Group cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities
- Produce marketing materials and conduct business development analysis, provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage business road-show, client meeting and events
- Take business trips for business development
Requirements
- Master degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business with at least 6 years of work experience in financial industry
- Prior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plus
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organization
- Native in Mandarin and proficient in English, Cantonese is a plus
- Previous/existing SFC license holder
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
