Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Implementations: Collaborate with external and internal cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and optimize SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance, training, and best practices to maximize the value of SAP functionalities.
- System Integration: Assist in the seamless integration of SAP with other business and HR applications, ensuring efficient data flow and operational performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, risk management, and on-time delivery of milestones, while fostering strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- SAP Expertise: Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors with a deep understanding of HR processes, standards, and best practices.
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing complex SAP projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and timely delivery.
