Associate/ Senior Associate, Fund Operations

Job Description:

• Assist the implementation of digital transformation project covering fund operations
• Monitor day to day fund operations and liaise with custodians and fund administrators on custody, fund accounting and investor administration matters
• Cash management including cash forecasting and expense payment
• Review daily NAVs to ensure accounting books and records are reconciled
• Perform due diligence, account opening and service review with counterparts
• Coordinate financial statements preparation process and arrange necessary reporting and filings with regulators and tax authority
• Handle internal and external enquiries on transactions and funds activities
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Business, Finance, Accounting related disciplines is preferred, Computer science and information technology management background is also welcome
• Proficient in PC skills and adaptable to process and system changes
• 1-3 years experience in transformation, fund operations or audit is preferred
• Experience in managing asset management process transformation is an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented team-player with strong communication skill
• Customer focused and always go an extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
