Key Responsibilities:
- Review and rewrite document content using insurance-specific language.
- Format documents and metadata to improve AI retrieval accuracy.
- Perform quality checks to meet AI retrievability standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and log updates.
- Assist with ad-hoc documentation and data tasks.
Requirements:
- Current university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Information Management or related disciplines
- No prior experience required; exposure to insurance or AI project is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Familiar with document management and text formatting tools.
- Basic understanding of GenAI and data retrieval.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
Soft Skills :
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of insurance terminology preferred.
