About the Company
Posley is a crypto-native asset management firm combining institutional fund management discipline with on-chain innovation. We are now seeking an Operations Manager who can strengthen fund operations, guide a young team toward higher productivity, and build a more structured, accountable organization.

- Manage and track ongoing compliance requirements for Hong Kong Type 9, BVI Approved Manager, Cayman SPC, and OFC entities.
- Coordinate fund onboarding, NAV reporting, and investor communication.
- Maintain compliance documentation, operational records, and reporting timetables.
- Handle filings, annual reviews, and updates required under relevant regulatory frameworks.
2. Organizational Management
- Improve execution discipline and operational clarity across teams.
- Introduce clear workflows, approval processes, and communication routines.
- Guide and mentor junior teammates to become more structured, responsible, and efficient.
- Ensure internal processes across fund ops, finance, and HR are properly documented and consistently followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in fund administration, operations, or asset-management compliance.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, licensing, and regulatory frameworks (Cayman SPC, BVI, OFC, HK Type 9).
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to guide junior staff and implement operational discipline.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
- Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, or alternative-investment operations is a plus.
