RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare management schedules, risk control statements and forecast

  • Review daily trust reconciliation statement, daily trust transfers and fund out
  • Prepare and monitor Financial Returns for the futures company in Hong Kong
  • Prepare and monitor risk-based capital for the futures company in Singapore
  • Answer queries from SFC, Singapore regulatory body and external auditors
  • Tax related work
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate with ACCA/ CPA qualification
  • At least 2-3 years experience in futures or other finance business
  • Familiar with Hong Kong and Singapore futures business is preferred
  • Experiences in FRR and RBC reporting & daily monitoring
  • Knowledge of requirements as imposed by regulatory authorities (e.g. SFC, MAS) for futures business
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Words and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
