Job Duties:

  • Lead the project management of cash equity product development, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.

  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration to enhance systems and operational workflows, ensuring seamless readiness for product launches. Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

  • Facilitate structured communication channels, providing regular updates and maintaining alignment among stakeholders. Organize progress reviews and briefings to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.

  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, manage risks, and proactively escalate issues to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

  • Address and resolve implementation challenges by applying strong problem-solving skills and leveraging cross-functional expertise.

  • Oversee internal system testing to ensure completeness and alignment with business requirements. Collaborate closely with IT and business units to validate system performance.

  • Conduct annual project planning and budget management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, cost efficiency, and timely reporting to senior management.

  • Mentor and support junior implementation managers, providing guidance on project reviews and fostering their technical and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong track record in project management and stakeholder engagement

  • Proven experience in the front office, specifically in developing cash equity products.

  • Excellent presentation and advocacy skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning abilities.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Chinese and Putonghua is an advantage.
