Company Overview:
- Alternative Investments team specializes in executing fund investments and co-investments within OECD markets.

- We oversee a portfolio of Fund-of-Funds and Co-Investment vehicles for our institutional clients, with assets under management exceeding US$1 billion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and assess potential infrastructure equity investments. This involves conducting comprehensive market and company research, analyzing financial statements, performing valuations and financial modeling, and drafting detailed investment recommendations for review by the Investment Committee.
- Act as a key point of contact and facilitate communication between various external and internal parties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Oversee and manage the due diligence process, deal documentation, and final closing procedures, ensuring all activities adhere to internal governance and compliance standards.
- Handle post-investment monitoring and administrative tasks. This includes participating in updates from investment managers, preparing regular performance reports for stakeholders, and addressing operational matters related to the investments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
- Approximately 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience, gained across two or more of the following areas: Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Corporate Finance within a Big 4 firm, Private Equity, Fund Investing, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A collaborative team member with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- A CFA charter and/or other advanced financial or professional certifications are highly advantageous.
- Prior sector or transaction experience in Energy, Power & Utilities, Transportation, and/or TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunications) is preferred
