Assistant Manager, Payment Operation

What Youll Do:

• Handle cross-border payments across multiple currencies with precision and efficiency.
• Serve as a go-to expert for payment workflows, partner integrations, and operational best practices.
• Review, analyze, and reconcile bank statements, quickly resolving discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot complex settlement issues and ensure smooth transaction flows.
• Coach and support team members, enhancing overall performance and accuracy.
• Participate in the rollout and testing of new payment systems and integrations.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Work closely with partners and stakeholders to resolve irregularities and ensure seamless transactions.
• Support daily payment operations and handovers with international teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelors degree and have at least 5 years of experience in banking, payment processing, or financial operations.
• You understand cross-border payment flows and partner integration.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable explaining technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and driven to improve processes.
• Adaptable to new technologies and evolving industry trends.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
