Your new company We are currently looking for several Business Analysts for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.
Your new role - Work with clients to identify the business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Understand and analyse functional impacts on front-to-back applications
- Perform and interpret requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and business diagnosis
- Assist in preparing the functional and technical specifications' documentation, and support UAT
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Information systems, or related disciplines
- 3 years + of related working experience in the IT industry, preferably in a financial / insurance/ commercial environment
- Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of JAVA, JavaScript, Python, Angular, SQL and Sprint Boot
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Junior roles.
