Your new role
- Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Monitor actual costs versus budgeted figures and analyze variances
- Provide timely and accurate cost reports with actionable insights for management
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to cost accounting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams to validate cost data
- Recommend and implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis
- Maintain and update cost control policies, procedures, and reporting templates
- Communicate financial implications of cost trends to non-finance stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis tools
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ Years of Experience in Cost Controlling, Expense Management, Management Reporting or FP&A
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Exposure working in an MNC environment is a plus
- Strong team player mindset and communication skills
- Detail-minded and proactive attitude
