Our client, a reputable bank listed on HKEX, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Private Banking Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding the high-net-worth client base by leveraging the extensive network of the Bank. You will be responsible for end-to-end client management, from acquisition and onboarding to deepening relationships and driving revenue through the strategic cross-selling of the bank's premium products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients by collaborating with Head Office and other branches to develop high-quality new customer relationships, maintain existing client relationships, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct client due diligence for account opening and prepare client reports.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned clients to secure deposits and get insurance deals referrals.
- Handle daily client transactions, such as processing fixed deposits, remittances, and transfers.
- Drive the sales of products/services to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Collect client needs and feedback, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues.
- Conduct annual reviews for assigned clients as required.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in private banking sales, client relationship management, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Keen market awareness and client sensitivity, with the ability to proactively identify potential clients.
- Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to undertake a certain amount of business travel.
