Reporting to Head of Card Business & Business Development, you will be responsible for managing and growing the portfolio to deliver business performance in terms of net customer growth, cobrand partnership management and new product delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop acquisition strategies to target different segments that brings value to the bank and grow the credit card portfolio
  • Deploy new and effective tactics for the Card Acquisition through different channels including branches, telemarketing, digital, and different associations
  • Analyze customer portfolio to formulate targeted core/cobranded card strategy and drive the performance and profitability of the newly acquired cardholders
  • Develop and implement effective customer segmentation strategies for Card Upgrade, Conversion and Activation exercises
  • Develop new business initiatives to maximize the business return in both qualitative and quantitative measure
  • Manage and build sustainable relationship with cobranded partners and liaise with partners on business terms which drive positive business outcomes
  • Liaise with various card association partners on best deal negotiations
  • Spearhead product enhancement/ new product development to cope with market changes
  • Coach and develop a team to deliver high performance and teamwork in order to achieve business targets and deliver high quality and professional outputs
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of experience in retail banking business with a minimum of five years in managerial level
  • Knowledge in credit card is a must with product management skill and financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership, inter-personal and communication skills
  • Analytical and with good understanding of the customer segmentation. Track record of effective marketing campaigns is an advantage
  • Experience with cobrand partnership management is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
