Key Responsibilities
- Partner with technical teams to design and implement advanced language-based AI models for a range of business applications.
- Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover insights from both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Support the full data pipeline, including collection, preprocessing, and preparation for machine learning tasks.
- Contribute to the evaluation, refinement, and optimization of AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in embedding AI solutions into digital platforms and services, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption.
- Monitor emerging trends in natural language technologies and large-scale machine learning systems.
- Maintain clear documentation of development processes, methodologies, and project outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development or systems analysis, ideally within financial services or data-driven industries.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and natural language processing techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, with exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience working with both open-source and proprietary large-scale AI models.
- Strong grounding in statistical methods such as regression, time-series analysis, Bayesian approaches, or probabilistic modeling.
- Knowledge of model validation, backtesting, and real-time inference environments.
- Exposure to financial datasets, trading platforms, or quantitative research workflows.
- Experience with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS ECS, AKS).
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and domain-driven design principles.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
