The organization operates multiple GMP-certified production facilities and boasts a significant retail network, merging traditional heritage with modern business practices.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Leader to manage full-spectrum HR operations across Hong Kong and mainland China. This strategic role involves balancing corporate HR leadership with hands-on operational support for manufacturing and retail business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business growth across multiple locations.
  • Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with HK and PRC labor regulations while upholding international quality standards.
  • Drive talent development programs to enhance organizational capability and retention.
  • Work closely with cross-border HR teams to ensure policy alignment and share best practices.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to support expansion and operational excellence.
  • Occasional regional travel required (approximately 20%).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Background in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, chained restaurants, or FMCG sectors preferred.
  • Expertise in HK and PRC employment law; experience in ISO/GMP environments is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced HRIS and Microsoft Office capabilities.
