My client is a leading global trading firm is looking for a talented Lead C++ Developer to join its technology team in Hong Kong or Sydney. This role focuses on building high-performance systems that drive real-time trading and data processing across global markets.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop low-latency, scalable trading infrastructure
- Lead high performing team of developers
- Work closely with traders, quants, and technologists to deliver robust solutions
- Optimize system performance and reliability in a high-throughput environment
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle-from design to deployment
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ (including multithreading, performance tuning, and system-level programming)
- Experience with real-time systems, networking, or high-frequency trading platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Linux, scripting, and distributed systems
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Has at least 3-4 years of experience leading a small team
- Passion for solving complex problems and working in fast-paced environments
