Your new role
- Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results within scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout all project phases.
- Analyze project performance and provide regular updates and reports to leadership.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Handle regular and ad-hoc UAT and other testing.
- Provide business and user requirements for process improvement and internal control.
- Liaise with business and IT professionals to ensure smooth project deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
- Educational degree
- 3 years of relevant Project Manager, Business Analyst or related experience
- Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus
- Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
- Interest in partnering with stakeholders of the business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
