About the Role

To compile and prepare agency-related reports and support department administration, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality information that enhances agency management effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Data compilation and analysis, report preparation, quality assurance and timely deliverable to internal and external agency performance report
  • Support the administration and daily operations of the department, ensuring alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain governance and compliance.
  • Enhance agency engagement and communication effectiveness by identifying and implementing process improvements across agency operations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to execute administrative tasks efficiently and support cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience (preferable in insurance industry), with a proven track record in operation or governance
Specific Skills
  • Proven experience in analytics or administration in insurance industry or banking industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
