Key Responsibilities
  • Source, onboard, and service high-net-worth and institutional clients under the firms Type 4 & 9 and CMS licences; maintain long-term relationships through proactive engagement and periodic portfolio reviews.
  • Implement business-development plans to increase AUM and revenue; establish and manage partnerships with banks, EAMs, family offices, and professional intermediaries; represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand presence.
  • Coordinate with investment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of high-quality service; provide market intelligence and commercial feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with SFC rules and internal policies, including KYC/AML, product suitability assessments, and accurate record keeping.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years in private banking, EAM, or wealth management with demonstrable origination track record.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and the SFC regulatory framework.
  • Established client and advisor network across Hong Kong and the region; fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin advantageous.
