We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Institutional Business Development Executive to support OSL Groups growth within Chinese traditional financial institutions (TradFi), including brokers, banks, asset managers, family offices, and listed companies. You will cover Omnibus Trading, Stablecoin, Real World Assets (RWA), and Tokenization initiatives — guiding TradFi clients confidently and seamlessly through their transition into digital asset markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with Chinese and global institutional clients, focusing on brokerage houses, banks, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and listed companies.
- Deliver tailored consultations that highlight market infrastructure comparisons and design smooth digital migration journeys for clients.
- Drive excellence in account management and provide mentorship to junior team members in managing institutional relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Stablecoin and RWA teams to co-create solutions, explore synergies, and support product ideation and commercialization.
- Facilitate technical integration for trading and custodial solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective collaboration with client IT teams.
- Keep track on policy changes, evolving regulations, and industry trends to advise clients and internal partners effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with compliance, product, operations, and marketing teams to design comprehensive solutions and close new business opportunities.
- Represent OSL at industry forums and support public advocacy efforts as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of business development, sales, or product experience in financial institutions such as brokerages, banks, asset managers, or funds; experience in Chinese securities firms and trading API vendors preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Chinese business culture and demonstrated ability to build trust with TradFi stakeholders.
- Familiarity with trading infrastructure, technical onboarding, and digital asset products is an advantage.
- Strong client engagement, project coordination abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ideally holds a valid SFC Type 1 License.
