Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance-related systems and processes.
- Conduct gap analysis, case studies, and blueprint development to support system enhancements and new implementations.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 2-8 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Exposure to life, general, or health insurance domains is a plus.
- Experience with policy, claims, or finance systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
