Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough credit analyses of SME and mid-cap corporate clients, assessing financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry conditions.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and presentations to support loan applications and credit approvals.
- Monitor existing credit portfolios, identifying potential risks and recommending necessary actions.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to understand client needs and provide tailored credit solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting clients' creditworthiness.
- Assist in developing and refining credit policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis or a related area, preferably with SMEs and mid-cap corporates.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and lending practices.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
