You will be responsible for managing a group of client service professionals who support relationship managers in delivering high-touch financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals. The role involves leadership, resource planning, performance management, and operational oversight, with a strong emphasis on compliance and risk mitigation.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of client service associates and their team leads.
- Foster a collaborative culture that promotes client-centricity and high performance.
- Partner with relationship managers to ensure seamless client interactions and issue resolution.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels to meet business needs and service standards.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure team adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experienced in private banking or wealth management, with at least 5 years of team lead position
- Strong understanding of client servicing for HNW individuals, operational processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve complex issues.
- SFC licensed
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Cantonese
