Investment Banking
Overview We are seeking an ambitious and aggressive investment banker with proven track records in transactions of IPO, M&A Corporate Finance deals to join.
Your New Role: - Responsible for the design and execution of capital market projects in Hong Kong, such as private placements, IPOs, placements, rights issues, and mergers and acquisitions
- Organize business capability improvement plans for IBD employees
- Partner with the sector teams, coverage teams, and product departments to close a deal
What you'll need to succeed: - Bachelor or Master degree holders in Finance, Business or Economics from reputable universities;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking / Corporate Finance in top tier financial institutions (Grading depends on experience)
- Signing Principal Qualification under SFC;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
