Client Insurance Relationship Manager (Non-sales role)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute annual policy reviews for customers, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries from both clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service outcomes.
  • Manage incoming requests and questions with full accountability-this includes case oversight, coordination across departments, and making informed decisions when needed.
  • Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, bankers, and clients, by proactively organizing engagement initiatives and collaborative activities.
  • Maintain and deepen existing partnerships with clients and external contacts, while also identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop strategies to attract new prospects and actively pursue potential business leads.
  • Handle a variety of general and technical inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Guarantee that all shared information is current, accurate, and aligned with the company's offerings and service standards-whether proactively communicated or in response to queries.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and across departments to support shared goals and initiatives.
  • Provide backup support to the Policy Administration team when needed, which may include preparing materials for policy reviews and other related tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • - University degree required; additional insurance-related certifications are highly desirable
  • - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong organizational and analytical thinking
  • - Demonstrates accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • - Self-motivated, eager to acquire new skills, and maintains a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and clients
  • - Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of typing in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese
