Structured FX Options Trader
Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Structured FX Options Trader to join our Global Markets team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in trading FX options, structuring complex products, and managing risk across a broad range of currency pairs. This role is critical to driving profitability and innovation in our FX derivatives business.
Your New Role: - Trade and manage a portfolio of structured FX options and vanilla options across G10 and EM currencies.
- Design and structure bespoke FX derivative solutions for institutional and corporate clients.
- Monitor market developments and identify trading opportunities to generate revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, structuring, and risk teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk limits and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to pricing models and trading tools development.
- Provide market insights and trade ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
What you'll need to succeed: - Minimum 5 years of experience in FX options trading
- Strong understanding of FX derivatives, volatility surfaces, and exotic options.
- Experience in structuring and trading complex FX products (e.g., structured FX options).
- Proven ability to manage risk and generate consistent trading P&L.
- Proficiency in pricing models and trading platforms (e.g., Murex systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales teams and clients.
- Familiarity with APAC markets and regulatory landscape.
