Job Responsibilities - Assist in the formulation of departmental development plans and promote implementations
- Assist in calculation marketing rebates and analyzing the effectiveness of promotion
- Assist in draft copy-writing in various communication channels including internal mail and social platforms to improve related KPI
- Assist the marketing team to promote customer marketing and business analysis
- Collaborate and brainstorm with marketing team to define design briefs and requirements
- Work closely with internal & external parties to ensure excellent execution on marketing programs
- Identify challenges and opportunities to meet business development needs
- Assist in the internal control reviews and transaction monitoring
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements - University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, Statistic or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience in Business management or Marketing
- HKSI Paper: 1, 7 and 8 is preferable
- Sound knowledge of Social media brands and statistic software with best practice
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency
- Be familiar with FinTech & securities business
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and analytical skill
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent in Excel is preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
