Responsibilities - Assist team head to manage end to end delivery of product enhancement, new product development or system projects
- Act as main liaison of different stakeholders in identifying and prioritizing critical project milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in requirement gathering
- Manage testing activities and lead a small team of testers
- Provide fortnightly project update and prepare status reports to management
- Provide production tasks/activities/post implementation support
- Provide system service support to product & channel owners as well as CBG business and operation units
Requirements - Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Consumer Banking products specialized in digital project delivery.
- Good understanding on the system applications and preferably with some technical knowledge.
- Good experience in managing system enhancement end-to-end and participated in different milestones within a project lifecycle such as business requirements development, test management and execution, implementation, etc. Agile exposure is preferable.
- Self-starter with business acumen, independent and able to rise challenges and meet deadline effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
