Our client is a renowned organization in the catering and hospitality industry, committed to leveraging data and technology to enhance their operations and customer experience, is seeking a skilled and motivated AI & Data Solutions Architect to lead the optimization of their CRM system and enterprise-wide data solutions.
Initially focused on CRM development and data integration, this role will expand to include AI-driven initiatives, if you are passionate about data and excited to work on innovative AI projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards for CRM, customer insights, sales and promotions, HR, and forecasting.
- Build and manage a unified data hub by integrating data from ERP, POS, CRM, App, and other internal and external sources.
- Drive data governance practices and ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across the organization.
- Apply machine learning models to uncover predictive insights and optimize business processes. Collaborate on AI initiatives, including AI Agents, Chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Local Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Partner with different teams to provide data-driven insights, validate data, and promote best practices in data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and ETL processes. Experience with Python or R for data analytics and machine learning is essential.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and AI-driven solutions, such as Chatbots, AI Agents, and Local LLMs.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and the ability to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance across systems.
