Your new company You will be supporting for the Investment Management department to support a multi-function team across APAC and regional client services.
Your new role
High level of responsibility in managing and coordinating activities around bankers
Pro-active, professional contact and co-ordination with clients, business personnel and peer counterparts
Comprehensive diary management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls
Arrangement of business travel and logistics • Processing of expense reports and invoice in a timely manner
Responsible for general office administrative duties, ad-hoc project and/or event
Local support of visiting team members from other offices
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
