Your new company
We are looking for a Finance ERP Lead with a strong accounting background to support ERP-related initiatives and act as a key liaison between the Finance and IT departments.
This role is responsible for translating finance requirements into system configurations, and ensuring successful implementation and testing of finance systems, particularly during ERP migrations.
Your new role
Collaborate with process owners in AP, AR, GL, Intercompany Transactions, and Reporting to ensure system readiness.
Serve as project coordinator for finance-related workstreams in strategic initiatives
Act as Finance lead in ERP migration projects, including Oracle transition.
Collaborate closely with IT and Oracle System Integrators consultants to define system requirements, including Chart of Accounts (COA) setup and financial process flows.
Identify system gaps and provide recommendations for improvements.
Provide training and documentation to end-users on finance systems and policies
Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and lead testing efforts.
Support system and data cutover planning and execution.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial systems.
Proven experience in ERP migration projects, especially in Oracle.
Strong understanding of PTP, R2R, OTC processes in a sizeable company.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Cantonese
