Job Description - Business Analyst
Must have insurance operation experience - commission, CRM, policy, claims, or other initiatives
* Support corporate-wide, cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely data
analysis and successful project implementation and delivery.
* Perform Business Analyst tasks, including data analysis, user stories, and UAT
alignment with project expectations.
* Assist in project management activities as assigned.
* Assist to prepare progress updates for the data analysis, user stories and UAT.
* Gather MI reporting requirements and prepare detail user stories.
Qualifications and Experience
* University graduate in a relevant discipline with 5 years of Life Operations
experience, experience in payment-related areas is a plus.
* Hands-on experience in data analysis, with proficiency in data analysis tools
being a plus.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
