Our client, a leading enterprise in Hong Kong, is on a mission to transform business operations through innovative technology. As part of this journey, they're looking for a Lead Enterprise Architecture to join their team.
As the Lead Architect, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing the company's technology strategy-leading architecture assessments, shaping enterprise-wide frameworks, and driving integration across traditional infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead and collaborate within the Enterprise Architecture team to drive technological development and innovation across the organization.
- Conduct architecture assessments and reviews for new products and initiatives, guiding technical and solution architecture decisions.
- Develop, manage, and maintain the enterprise-wide system architecture roadmap, standards, and definitions.
- Design and implement the Enterprise Architecture framework, integrating traditional infrastructure with modern cloud platforms.
- Analyze current technological environments to identify gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities, recommending suitable solutions for enhancement.
- Monitor transportation industry technology trends to assess their impact and guide technology adoption strategies.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in an architecture role, with a proven track record of creating architecture blueprints.
- Strong experience in solution review, stakeholder advisory, and aligning architecture with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise applications such as IBM Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable solutions.
- Background in multi-cloud solution design and implementation, as well as migrating legacy systems to open standards.
- Passion for architecture innovation and a strong awareness of the latest technological trends.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
