Head of FICC/ Deputy Head of FICC

Job Description:

    • Run the FICC desk
    • Help develop the strategy for the fixed income business including trading of bonds and structured products
    • Expand and diversify existing client base with different institutional and corporate clients
    • Collaborate with DCM, Asset Management, and Prime to develop new business opportunities
    • Provide advice to clients on multi-asset products such as Credit, FX, and others as well as structured solutions
    • Monetize client relationships by working with the trading team

Requirement:

    • Bachelor degree or above from a well-recognized university; HKSFC License Holder
    • More than 10 years of experience at reputable financial institutions, with established relationships with clients
    • Solid experience in selling or trading of fixed income, credits and structured products
    • Proactive, self-motivated and keen to take on leadership role
